D'Arrigo workers win $3.5 million in back pay case, need your help to get a contract
Since voting for the UFW 31 years ago, D’arrigo’s 1,500 workers have never given up fighting for their rights. More than 70 percent of them have signed petitions urging their employer to settle another class-action lawsuit over discrimination against women workers and a ruling this year by the state farm labor board that the company has refused to bargain in good faith with the UFW.
